Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stockroom (the “Service”), which syncs your Faire wholesale orders into Notion. By connecting your accounts and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Stockroom connects to your Faire brand and your Notion workspace through their official OAuth integrations and periodically copies your Faire order, product, and line-item data into a Notion database you select. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have valid Faire and Notion accounts and the authority to connect them. You are responsible for maintaining the security of those accounts and for all activity that occurs through your connections.
Subscription, trial, and billing
- The Pro plan is billed at $19 per month or $190 per year and covers one Faire brand connected to one Notion workspace.
- New connections include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it in violation of Faire's or Notion's terms or applicable law.
Third-party services
The Service depends on the Faire and Notion platforms and their APIs. Stockroom is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Faire Wholesale, Inc. or Notion Labs, Inc. Your use of Faire and Notion remains subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations in those platforms that affect the Service.
Data
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your order data and of the pages written into your Notion workspace.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that every order will sync without delay.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockroom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect at any time, which deletes your stored tokens. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the Service or its users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
