This Privacy Policy explains what information Stockroom (“Stockroom”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the service to sync your Faire wholesale orders into Notion, and how we handle it. Stockroom is an independent service and is not affiliated with Faire Wholesale, Inc. or Notion Labs, Inc.
Information we collect
- Account and connection data: when you authorize the service, we store identifiers for your Notion workspace, the selected Notion database, and your Faire brand, so we know where to sync.
- OAuth tokens: we receive access tokens from Faire and Notion through their official OAuth flows. We use them only to read your Faire orders and to create and update pages in the Notion database you choose.
- Order data: to perform the sync we process order details from Faire — such as order numbers, retailer names, status, totals, currency, items, and dates — and write them into your Notion database.
- Operational logs: we record request metadata (such as timestamps, status codes, and latency) to run and secure the service. Logs never contain your tokens.
How we use your information
We use the information above solely to provide the sync service: to authenticate with Faire and Notion on your behalf, to keep your Notion database up to date with your Faire orders, and to operate, secure, and support the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your order data for advertising.
How we protect it
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption before being stored, and are never written to logs.
- The encryption key is held in a managed secret store, separate from the application code.
- Connections are bound to the browser session that created them, and management actions require a signed session cookie.
- All traffic to the service and to Faire and Notion runs over HTTPS.
- We request only the minimum OAuth scopes needed: read access to Faire orders, and access to the single Notion database you select.
Data sharing
We share data only with the platforms required to deliver the service — namely Faire and Notion, via their APIs — and with infrastructure providers that host the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your connection data and tokens for as long as your connection is active. When you disconnect, we delete the stored Faire and Notion tokens and associated connection records. Order pages already written to your Notion database belong to you and remain in your workspace under your control.
Your choices
You can pause or disconnect a connection at any time, and you can revoke Stockroom's access directly from your Faire and Notion account settings. To request deletion of your data, contact us using the details below.
